1. Who we are

Clakr ("the Service", "we", "us") is an online service operated from Spain. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Clakr provides a curated database of startup directories with third-party metrics (such as Ahrefs Domain Rating) and tools to track your submissions. Metrics are provided "as is" from third-party sources, change over time, and are offered for guidance. We do not guarantee their accuracy or any SEO outcome.

3. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Clakr Pro costs 29.88 EUR per year (equivalent to 2.49 EUR/month, billed annually), charged via Stripe at purchase and automatically on each yearly renewal. Prices exclude VAT; where applicable (EU customers), tax is calculated and added at checkout. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

All payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel at any time: if you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the current paid year. Once a renewal has been charged, that payment is not refundable and cancelling does not refund the current or any past period.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU)

The Service grants immediate access to digital content. By purchasing you expressly request that we begin providing it immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore waive and lose the 14-day EU right of withdrawal once access is provided. Accordingly, payments are non-refundable as set out in section 3.

5. Acceptable use

One account per person. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the database, share accounts, or abuse the API. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made based on directory data or for the behaviour of third-party websites listed.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the competent Spanish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
