1. Who we are

Clakr ("the Service", "we", "us") is an online service operated from Spain. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Clakr provides a curated database of startup directories with third-party metrics (such as Ahrefs Domain Rating) and tools to track your submissions. Metrics are provided "as is" from third-party sources, change over time, and are offered for guidance. We do not guarantee their accuracy or any SEO outcome.

3. Subscription and billing

Clakr Pro costs €29.88 per year (equivalent to €2.49/month, billed annually), charged via Stripe at purchase and on each yearly renewal. Prices exclude VAT; where applicable (EU customers), tax is calculated and added at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU)

As the Service grants immediate access to digital content, by purchasing you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day EU right of withdrawal is waived once access is provided. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us at hello@clakr.com and we will review it case by case.

5. Acceptable use

One account per person. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the database, share accounts, or abuse the API. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made based on directory data or for the behaviour of third-party websites listed.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the competent Spanish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
