2. What we collect

• Account data: your email and name (provided at checkout), used to operate your account.
• Usage data: the directories you track (status and links you save).
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. What we use it for

Providing the Service (contract), sending sign-in codes and service emails (contract), and complying with tax obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell your data or send marketing without consent.

4. Processors

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Railway (hosting and database, EU/US infrastructure). Each processes data under their own GDPR commitments.

5. Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage of the site. No advertising cookies.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, deletion, portability or restriction by writing to hello@clakr.com. You may also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
